Dennis has finally been confirmed! :)

A couple of weeks ago, I called Binondo Church to ask for their confirmation schedules. We were lucky because they informed me that there's one happening on May 19. I was told that Dennis should personally go to the Church to submit his baptismal certificate and to fill out the form. I was quite alarmed because Dennis doesn't really have the time to personally appear at the Church. He's in Davao most of the time - he flies to Davao on Monday mornings then flies back to Manila on Friday nights - he's only in Manila on weekends. Good thing that the people from the parish informed me that Dennis can also come on Saturdays as early as 8:30am.


On May 19, he was asked to attend the seminar at 1pm which was followed by the  confirmation rites at 3pm. There were around 22 confirmation participants, each with 2 witnesses. Dennis asked his college friends, Candy and Milton, to stand as his witnesses. It was done within half an hour and the certificates can be claimed a week after. So there, we can finally breathe and move on with the rest of the wedding preps. :)

We booked SJT Strings during the bridal fair at NBC Tent on May 5. We got the Quintet package for the ceremony and reception. What we like about them is that they have a vast repertoire to choose from. :)
